We believe the sport of gymnastics provides students with many benefits that extend far beyond the boundaries of the gym. Our students learn self-discipline, confidence, and social skills as well as an appreciation for physical fitness. Open Gym at RGC!: Monday 5/21, 5:30-7:30 pm Monday, 6/4, 5:30-7:30 pm Open to boys and girls, ages 5+, all ability levels, no gymnastics experience necessary. $5.00 each/current members $10.00 each/non-members Bring a friend! Open Gym Waiver Form - Complete form must accompany child if coming with someone other than a parent/guardian.
